I have Operational Managing experience with upgrading and troubleshooting major cellular providers. My daily duties include oversight of all projects and deadlines, all human resources and payroll, providing preventative maintenance and status of all equipment for safety and regular maintenance, and quality control. I am also experienced in working closely with Construction Managers and Foremen to complete deadlines in a timely manner.

I have over fifteen years’ experience in the telecommunication field.  I have mastered the field as a tower climber, manager, and safety officer.       In Jan. 2003 I accept a position with Radian Communication as a ground hand in the BAWA market. Within six months of being hired I was able to complete Com Train and began working topside. A few months later I began running the tower top and was promoted to top hand. During this time my duties include supervising topside construction, assuring topside support and pluming was correct. I also was responsible for preparing topside COP. This was a very rewarding project, professionally and personally.

      In May, 2008 I sign on as a Sub-contractor with Texcom Construction LLC. I began contracting with TEXCOM as they began new contracts with Clear wire as the General contractor and Tiger team in Texas markets. During the Clear wire build I was promoted from top hand to Crew supervisor for an eight-man unit. Here I was responsible for multiple crews and multiple microwave links assigned for daily completion. Duties included schedule materials for pick up as well as all programing for modem assigned to our links. After phase 1 of construction my team and I are assign to Tiger team. As a Tiger team my job is to trouble shoot alarms inside the system. After reporting problems and repairing systems, I was required to complete a QA report. I am very proud of my 100% success rate.       

      In April, 2011 I again sign with Texcom as a Construction Crew Foreman and Sub-contractor. In this position I’m required to assign crew member’s daily tasks as well as keep detailed time and material logs. I’m also deliveries and inventory. All equipment for this project required pre and post test data to be documented and submitted daily, and again with site’s closes out packets. On site my first and most important job is accurate safety assessment and emergency planning. I am proud to have built multiply zero punch site while follow Bechtel and Texcom safety procedure without incident.

In November, 2013 I begin a second contractor crew with Rockin-B Construction. These two man tiger teams are quick response teams and mobilize daily to multiply site. As project coordinator   I’m a part of a network design team whose goals are to quickly assets construction issues as well as assisting RF engineers with developing solution for construction and Quality assessment.
